Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure has once again been awarded the TOP 100 seal. This distinction honors particularly innovative small- and medium-sized companies (SMEs).
The TOP 100 competition examines whether innovations are the result of a planned approach or simply coincidental, in addition to looking at how the solutions are received on the market. The award recipients are determined through a scientific selection process.

Endress+Hauser stood out especially in the category “Organization of the innovation process”: Clearly defined innovation fields, structured idea generation, and rapid prototype development were highlighted. In the area of “Work environment & creativity promotion” the company scored points with flat hierarchies, an open feedback culture, and clear alignment with full transparency across all innovation steps. This environment empowers employees to independently develop and test new solutions.
