Liquiline production

A high degree of automation combined with expert craftsmanship ensures highly efficient production

The Liquiline production line is part of our platform concept and enables customer-specific assembly of both transmitter types, Liquiline CM42B and Liquiline CM44. The system copies information directly from the SAP order and provides the corresponding picklist at each workplace. The worker is supported by pick-by-light and a work step can only be finished when all components have been correctly picked and all required data recorded, ensuring consistently high quality and process safety.

Final checks for highest quality

The mounting process comprises module insertion in the housing, laser printing of serial number and product-specific data on the nameplate and installation of the display; followed by the final assembly, generation and printing of order-specific documents. 100 % of the devices undergo a half-automated function check and a final visual check before packaging to make sure that each and every devices meets our high quality standards.
